In the second year of the company's establishment, Li Anping donated funds to build an asphalt road leading from his hometown Donghe Village to Changjin Secondary Road. As a business, it is impossible to have good benefits every year. In 2018, when the stock market crash came, Zhendong lost 150 million yuan throughout the year, and the company had no money to take out for charity, but Li Anping still gritted his teeth and borrowed 16 million yuan to successfully carry out Zhendong's charity and assistance that year.
Li Anping said that insisting on doing public welfare when the company's efficiency is not good is also a kind of motivation, encouraging everyone to work together, work hard, believe that difficulties are temporary, and believe that the dawn is just around the corner. Sure enough, in 2019, with the efforts of all staff, Zhendong reversed the business situation in one fell swoop.
Li Anping always has to calculate a detailed account: Save four or five hundred, an old man's living expenses for a month; save five or six thousand, a poor child's tuition fee for one year of college; save several thousand yuan for an orphan, and the orphan's life for a year will be happy. ”
How to make the people who are helped live better and help them more has always been the most simple idea in Li Anping's heart. In order to save daily living expenses, Li Anping developed the habit of wearing overalls all year round, going out to carry cloth bags, liking to carpool and take buses, and never taking first-class seats and first-class cabins when going out on business trips.
After Zhendong transformed into the pharmaceutical industry, in order to ensure the quality of traditional Chinese medicine from the source, Li Anping led the working team, after careful research, calculation and evaluation, decided to vigorously develop the Chinese herbal medicine planting industry in Pingshun County, determined to promote poverty alleviation with the Chinese herbal medicine industry, and build Pingshun County into "the first county of Chinese herbal medicine in China".
