1. Air conditioning system requirements

Fresh air treatment unit (four controls/humidification/constant frequency)

1. High-voltage micro-mist (switch) start-stop control signal: We provide relay normally open signal for relay output, which can overvoltage 220V and current ≤5A. The other party provides a working voltage of 220VAC to push the humidifier to work.

4. Damper actuator requirements:

The on/off control (floating-point controlled) damper actuator is required to be AC24V control voltage, passive node, and provide normally open feedback signal.

The regulated damper requires a power supply of AC24V, which should be able to receive 0-10VDC control signals and provide 4~20mA or 0-10VDC feedback signals.

5. Electrostatic precipitator:

V. Supplementary Notes:

(1) The AC24V relay power supply is provided by the building automation system, please note that the total power of each power box/cabinet special relay should not be greater than 10W. If this power box/cabinet supplies power to the air conditioning unit or fresh air unit, please note that the total power of the control relay should not be greater than 5W. If it is exceeded, we recommend that the power box/cabinet be equipped with a 24VAC power supply (please indicate in advance whether it is a 24VAC power supply).

(2) The power cabinet should be uniformly, clearly and correctly numbered the signal terminals that need to be monitored by the building automation system.

(3) It is recommended that the operating (on/off) status signal of the relevant equipment can be drawn from the normally open passive auxiliary contact of the contactor.

(4) It is recommended that the fault alarm signal of the relevant equipment can be drawn from the normally open passive auxiliary contact of the thermal protection relay.

(5) The specific interface points should be consistent with the point list provided by our company. Before the final procurement of equipment, the deepening interface (e.g., quantity, location, type, etc.) should be fed back to the building automation contractor for confirmation.

Sixth, the scope of work

1. Scope with HVAC system

The scope of work of the HVAC equipment manufacturer: responsible for the reservation of the sensor installation hole on the refrigeration system pipeline;

The scope of work of the strong current control cabinet manufacturer: responsible for the output and acceptance of control signals of the operation status and fault alarm signals of all fans and pump equipment, and draw these signals out to the terminal strip, and the role of these signals is indicated in the number.

2. With the scope of water supply and drainage system

The scope of work of the manufacturer of the strong current control cabinet of the water supply and drainage system: responsible for the output and acceptance of the control signals of the operation status and fault alarm signals of all pump equipment, and the signals are drawn out to the terminal strip, and the role of these signals is indicated in the number.

3. With the range of electric valve suppliers

Since all self-control valves are purchased by Party A, the valve supplier must meet the requirements of the bidding documents for the valve, and provide the terminal wiring diagram of the signal output and control signal input. The building automation system takes a signal from the valve actuator and outputs the control signal to the valve actuator. During the operation of the system, as long as the control signal given by the building automation system has reached the valve actuator, any problems and faults that occur during the operation of the valve shall be dealt with and solved by the valve supplier itself. The electric valve is installed by the electric valve supplier and provides its own working power supply, the wiring of the power supply is completed by the electric valve supplier, and the building equipment system is only responsible for controlling the laying and wiring of the signal line.
