After the oath, Song Yanhua of the Xincheng District People's Procuratorate gave a lecture on the theme of "Sunshine Youth, Stay Away from Bullying", explaining what is campus bullying, the four manifestations of campus bullying, the legal responsibilities that need to be borne, the crimes that may be involved, and how to deal with campus bullying, etc., focusing on explaining the relevant regulations on the age of criminal responsibility, and guiding students not to be abusers, not to be conformists, not to be bystanders, and when encountering campus bullying, they cannot blindly back down and forbear, and dare to say "no" to campus bullies Explain the situation to parents and teachers in a timely manner, seek help, guide students to enhance their concept of the rule of law and legal awareness, and use the law to protect themselves when they are violated.
