In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of Jiaxiang County's organizational work and the mobilization meeting of "Grassroots Party Building Raising Standards and Cultivating Strong Years", and further improve the ability and quality of young cadres, on April 17, Jiaxiang County Financial Media Center carried out news gathering and editing business training and "Youth Cadre Lecture Hall" activities, with more than 30 people participating in the center's leadership team and front-line young cadres.
At the training meeting, the responsible comrades of the editorial review committee of the center focused on news writing, combined with their own years of experience in gathering and editing, and took news, the most widely used news genre in newspapers, radio and television news, as the theme of teaching, starting from the classification, characteristics, writing principles and formats of news, selected some original manuscripts of reporters for analysis and explanation, provided practical revision ideas and methods, and guided the front-line personnel of collection and editing to continuously optimize their manuscript writing skills and improve their news gathering and editing capabilities.
Subsequently, two representatives of young journalists shared their skills on how to write different types of news articles and the four abilities that journalists should have.
Since the beginning of this year, Jiaxiang County Financial Media Center has built a platform of "Youth Cadre Lecture Hall", and has organized and implemented 3 activities, each of which organizes young business backbones to take turns to lecture in the lecture hall, talk about theory and business, improve quality, practice internal skills, change passive to active, change to listen to people to talk about me, exercise the skills of young cadres to "speak up, ask questions, and do things", and create a strong atmosphere of "learning from each other, raising standards and cultivating strong".
In the next step, Jiaxiang County Financial Media Center will continue to explore the training mode of young cadres, build a multi-level and multi-angle learning platform through various forms such as "Young Cadre Lecture Hall", and guide young cadres to truly transform their learning results into a strong driving force for doing a good job in the propaganda work of the new era, and contribute youth wisdom and strength to the development of financial media industry.
