This is a piece of imperial porcelain vase made by Emperor Qianlong's decree and the painter of Ruyi Museum, and Emperor Qianlong's imperial poems, seals, including favorite flowers, are all integrated into it, so it is also called poetry and painting into porcelain. The imperial poems are written in four fonts: Kai, Xing, Li, and Seal, and are supplemented by hibiscus, lotus, plum blossom, and peony flowers in four seasons.
It's much more interesting than a painting on paper, and the stamps on it are very rare. Jiangxi Provincial Museum docent Wang Huihui introduced, this is the Qianlong Emperor very fond of a seal, printed with the "only essence" four words, all encountered his favorite utensils, will be stamped on it.
The imperial porcelain is decorated with poems and texts, and it first appeared on the enamel color of the Yongzheng Dynasty. Emperor Qianlong in the princely period, has written a lot of poems, after the succession, he compiled these poems into the "Leshantang Anthology", and distributed in the palace, since then, he is keen to use his own poems to decorate the imperial porcelain.
Huang Qinghua, president of the Jingdezhen Tangying Society, introduced that the performance of Qianlong's imperial poems on porcelain in the Qing Dynasty is a very interesting research topic. Through this "Imperial Porcelain Return" exhibition, we can see Qianlong's poetry and literary style up close, many people think that Qianlong is very cheesy, in fact, this cheesiness is with a deductive component, the Qianlong Emperor in history pursued elegance, and the aesthetics of the Song and Ming literati also continued in him, at least in terms of porcelain, not as vulgar as everyone understands.
