At about 13 o'clock on April 13, the Niejiaqiao Police Station of the Hanshou County Public Security Bureau received a report from Mr. Tong, the owner of a factory in the jurisdiction, claiming that the machinery and equipment worth more than 100,000 yuan in his factory were missing, and he was suspected of being stolen.

Subsequently, it was changed to say that Mr. Tong had a debt dispute with the policeman, and the removal of the equipment was used to offset the debt...... In the face of the police's powerful interrogation offensive, and after exposing his lies one by one, he still insisted that he owned the equity of Mr. Tong's factory and it was not illegal to remove the machinery and equipment.
In order to successfully solve the case, the police continued to carry out investigation and evidence collection, and finally confirmed that Luo Mouping had no equity relationship with the factory, nor did he own any property rights of the stolen equipment.
The evidence is ironclad, and no amount of quibbling will help. After investigation, the criminal suspect Luo Mouping saw that he was interested in making money, and inadvertently found that Mr. Tong's factory was suspended and the machinery and equipment stored were unattended, so he hired two small workers in broad daylight under the pretext of moving equipment to pay off debts, and swaggered into the factory to disassemble the machinery and equipment one by one and move away.
At present, the criminal suspect Luo Mouping has been criminally detained by the public security organs in accordance with the law on suspicion of theft, and the case is under further investigation.
