Recently, Huolianpo Town, Li County, launched a special inspection operation of "non-toxic catering". Jointly initiated by the town's safety office, the police station and the municipal supervision office, and led by Comrade Zhao Rui, the leader in charge of anti-drug work, it was decided to use a month to conduct a centralized inspection and investigation of whether catering establishments in the jurisdiction provide or use "poisonous ingredients" such as poppy leaves and poppy husks.
During the inspection, the staff conducted on-site inspections in the kitchens, warehouses and self-owned vegetable gardens of hotels, restaurants and restaurants that provide food processing and sales places, and inspected the recent supply receipts to find out whether there was any illegal use of "poisonous ingredients". At the same time, face-to-face anti-drug propaganda work was carried out for restaurant owners, and a letter of commitment was signed with the person in charge of the restaurant to ensure the legality and safety of edible food and cut off the market supply and demand chain of "poisonous ingredients". Establish a sense of prevention against "poisonous ingredients" that dare not be used and cannot be used, and help the town's ban on planting and eradicating drugs.
The operation carried out a full-coverage inspection of 22 restaurants in the town, and no violations of laws and regulations were found, and all restaurant owners voluntarily signed a letter of commitment to be drug-free in catering, expressing strong support for the town's anti-drug work. We insisted on "publicity in the inspection, and inspection in the publicity", and during the inspection, Ping An volunteers distributed more than 40 copies of anti-drug brochures in the venue. We call on the majority of catering operators to consciously abide by food safety laws and regulations, and take practical actions to escort the food safety of the people.
