Due to the development of the times, the original factory has become an abandoned industrial site, and this renewal is to protect and use the original industrial relics on this basis, and use the way of space weaving to integrate new functions, new spaces and new environments that meet the development needs of the times.
"In this renovation, the designer paid special attention to the coordination of new and old functions and landscape features, respected the original organic and ecological characteristics, and retained the original features such as red brick walls and herringbone roofs. Tang Lingyan introduced that the main idea of the renovation is to preserve the historical memory and the culture of the new printing factory, and plane trees, old printing presses, historical photos, etc. will appear in the park. For example, at the top of the "Printing Alley", the movable type printing is presented in combination with the relief Chinese characters of the surnames of hundreds of families, showing the great contribution made by the old factory in the field of printing, and the printing museum under renovation will fully reproduce the history and culture of the old factory in the form of physical presentation + movable type printing interactive experience.

According to reports, the Xinyin 1950 project has a total construction area of 38,000 square meters, and has signed 102 brands, with a contract rate of 100%, and the current brand occupancy rate is 96%. Among the signed brands, there are 6 first stores in the city and 1 first store in the southwest, covering tea, desserts, coffee, restaurants and bars, Thai food, etc., of which leisure and entertainment account for 38%, cultural scenes account for 33%, and daily consumption accounts for 29%.
