On April 16, with the successful unloading of the last concrete to the median water-saving pool warehouse surface of the left line of the Pinglu Canal Qishi Hub Lock, it marked the successful completion of the pouring of the first concrete of the Pinglu Canal Qishi Hub Lock.
Qishi hub is the second cascade hub of the Pinglu Canal, the navigable building is a double-line 5000-ton water-saving lock, the design adopts the water conveyance type of "single-sided lock wall corridor, vertical diversion through the entrance of the lock chamber center, and the top outlet cover plate of the four-section branch corridor at the bottom of the lock", and each line of locks is designed with a superimposed arrangement of the first and third level water-saving pools, and the second-level water-saving pools are arranged in parallel next to the combination of the first-level and third-level water-saving pools, which are arranged in a stepped shape. Through the interconnection of the lock chamber and three provincial pools, the operation of the Qishi hub lock can save up to 60% of water consumption and realize the full intensive use of water resources.
The second-level water-saving pool on the left line of the Pinglu Canal Qishi hub lock is located on the outside of the first-class and third-level water-saving pools of the lock, with a total designed concrete volume of 150,000 cubic meters. In this pouring, the construction management team of the Pinglu Canal used a 42-meter crawler distributor to pour, and after 29 hours of continuous pouring, a total of 1,646 cubic meters of concrete were poured. The completion of the concrete pouring of the first warehouse of the water-saving pool also means that the main structure of the Qishi hub lock has begun to enter the concrete pouring construction stage of the water-saving pool, and all the structures of the main body of the lock have achieved all-round construction.
In order to solve the problems of large amount of concrete pouring, high quality standards and difficult crack control in the Qishi Hub, the Pinglu Canal construction management team has built a large-scale intelligent mixing plant with a maximum production capacity of more than 10,000 cubic meters per day in the Qishi Hub, and set up the largest 2×7 cubic meter compulsory mixing building and pre-cooling system in China to ensure the production speed of large-volume concrete. At the same time, the construction management team of Pinglu Canal has developed an intelligent temperature control machine for large-volume concrete, which realizes automatic temperature control after concrete pouring and effectively ensures the quality of concrete pouring. During the concrete pouring process, the Pinglu Canal construction management team planned concrete temperature control measures in advance and added large-volume concrete temperature monitoring points to ensure that the concrete pouring quality met the requirements of the construction specifications.
At present, the Pinglu Canal Qishi Hub is making every effort to promote the excavation of the remaining earth and stone in the upstream and downstream pilot channels, as well as the construction of the upper and lower locks, the bottom plate of the lock chamber and the discharge gate. Among them, a total of 16.88 million cubic meters of earth and stone excavation has been completed, and 255,000 cubic meters of concrete has been poured.
