In order to promote the transformation of public rental housing from physical security to rental subsidies, and further alleviate the problem of transitional residence for families or individuals with housing difficulties in our city, according to the "Implementation Opinions on the Implementation of Rental Subsidies for Urban Housing Security Families in Zhangzhou City" (hereinafter referred to as the "Implementation Opinions"), Xiangcheng District has recently opened the application for rental subsidies for public rental housing waiting lists.
(1) Applicants for application
Since February 2023, families or individuals who have applied through the public rental housing management information system and who have been reviewed to meet the qualifications for public rental housing security in Xiangcheng District, and have not yet received the in-kind allocation of public rental housing (those who have already enjoyed the housing subsidy for talents in Zhangzhou City are not allowed to apply).
(2) Application time
April 18, 2024 to May 10, 2024 (working hours on weekdays)
(3) Place of application
1. If you rent a house in Xiangcheng District, apply to the community where the lease is located;
2. If you rent a house in Longwen District, apply to the community where your household registration is located (if you are not registered in Xiangcheng District, apply to the community where your employment unit is located).
(4) Required materials
Eligible families or individuals are required to fill in and provide the following materials truthfully (all of which need to be verified by the originals):
1. Application form for public rental housing rental subsidy (including declaration, commitment and authorization), which can be collected from the neighborhood committee of the community where the housing rental (or household registration or employment unit) is located, or downloaded from the website of the Xiangcheng District Government and printed on both sides (in duplicate);
2. A copy of the main applicant's ID card;
3. A copy of the China Construction Bank card held by the main applicant;
4. If it is the object of protection in category (1) and (2) of Article 6 of the "Implementation Opinions", a copy of the "Housing Lease Contract" in the urban area shall be provided;
5. Where they are the targets of protection in categories (3), (4), and (5) of Article 6 of the Implementation Opinions, one of the following materials is to be provided:
(1) A copy of the "Housing Lease Contract" in the urban area and a copy of the "Housing Lease Registration and Filing Certificate" issued by the Zhangzhou Real Estate Trading Center. (The "Housing Lease Registration and Filing Certificate" is handled at the window A222, A223, A224 and A225 in the service hall on the 2nd floor of the Zhangzhou Administrative Service Center);
(2) A copy of the Housing Lease Contract signed on the integrated platform of rental and sales of Zhangzhou Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau;
(3) A copy of the urban "Housing Lease Contract" signed by the state-owned leasing company to operate and manage the housing.
