The resumption of work of the road pipe network upgrading and reconstruction project in the old town of Xuejiawan is hereby announced as follows:
Historical background and reasons for the renovation of the old town
Most of the municipal infrastructure in the old city of Xuejiawan in Jungger Banner was built before 1999 and has been in operation for 25 years.

In order to effectively solve the problem of infrastructure shortcomings in the old city, improve the operation efficiency of various pipe networks, and improve the quality of production and life of the general public, in accordance with the requirements of the "Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the People's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on the Implementation of Urban Renewal Actions", our banner will begin to conduct full research and demonstration on the renewal and transformation project of the 1.2 square kilometers old city of Xuejiawan in 2022, and start the implementation of 18 municipal road pipe network upgrading and transformation projects in 2023. 67 buildings on both sides of Tahala Road, streetscape façade renovation and other projects. In 2023, the task of upgrading and renovating the pipe network of 9 municipal roads (sections) and the renovation of the streetscape façade of 37 buildings will be completed. At the beginning of April 2024, the resumption of work of the remaining projects was launched, and the "Warm Project" project was also launched, and the road pipe network upgrading and reconstruction project in the old city will be completed in early August 2024.
In order to ensure the early completion of the project and maximize the travel of the general public, the construction of the project is carried out in an orderly manner in accordance with the principle of "batches and sections".
The first batch of closed and renovated municipal road sections:
1. Xue Zhou Road (South Gate of Recreation Community - East Gate of Xinghe Home), the construction content includes power pipe network, communication pipe network, rainwater pipe network, heat pipe network, water supply pipe network, roadway, and sidewalk. The planned construction period is from April 12, 2024 to May 25, 2024.
2. The northern section of Kaiyuan Road (the intersection of the hotel in the mining area - the intersection of Tongda Road), the construction content includes power pipe network, water supply pipe network, rainwater pipe network, sewage pipe network, gas pipe network, communication pipe network, roadway and sidewalk. The planned construction period is from April 12, 2024 to June 30, 2024.
3. Xingyuan Pedestrian Street (West Section), the construction content includes communication pipe network, power pipe network, water supply valve, roadway, and sidewalk. The planned construction period is from April 12, 2024 to May 12, 2024.
4. The northern section of Crystal Road (Huayi Commercial Building Intersection - Yinhe Commercial Building Intersection), the construction content includes power pipe network, communication pipe network, water supply pipe network, roadway and sidewalk. The planned construction period is from April 12, 2024 to May 24, 2024.
5. The level crossing of Jinchuan Road and Wenhua Lane (court intersection), the construction content includes rainwater pipe network, sewage pipe network, power pipe network, communication pipe network, gas pipe network, roadway, and sidewalk. The planned construction period is from April 12, 2024 to May 9, 2024.
6. Yucai Lane (South Section), the construction content includes sewage pipe network, power pipe network, communication pipe network, water supply pipe network, roadway, and sidewalk. The planned construction period is from April 12, 2024 to May 17, 2024.
In the future, according to the construction progress, the following road sections will be closed one after another:
The middle section of Huibin Lane (East Lane of the People's Bank of China), the construction content includes sewage (short pipe replacement), power pipe network, communication pipe network, water supply pipe network, roadway, and sidewalk. The construction time is tentatively scheduled for the school holidays.
The west section of Xinglong West Street (Yucai Street to Kangxin Community), the construction content includes power pipe network and communication pipe network. The construction time is tentatively scheduled for the school holidays.
The middle section of Xinglong West Street (Huibin Lane to Yucai Lane) includes power pipe network and communication pipe network. The construction time is tentatively scheduled for the school holidays.
The eastern section of Xinglong West Street (Huibin Lane to Kaiyuan Road). The construction includes sewage (short pipe replacement) and roads. The planned construction period is from June 8, 2024 to July 18, 2024.
Xingyuan Pedestrian Street (middle section, east section). The construction includes gas pipeline network, telecommunications, electricity, water supply (valve replacement), and road surface. The planned construction period is from May 26, 2024 to July 23, 2024.
The eastern section of Xue Zhou Road (Xiongpeng Commercial Building Intersection - South Gate of Kangle Community). The construction content includes power pipe network, water supply pipe network, rainwater pipe network, communication pipe network, and heat pipe network. The planned construction period is from May 25, 2024 to July 22, 2024.
Wenming Lane (West Lane of Nongxing Building), the construction content includes power pipe network, rainwater pipe network, communication pipe network, gas pipe network, and sewage pipe network. The planned construction period is from May 10 to June 28, 2024.
Culture Lane (Courthouse East Lane). The construction content includes power pipe network, rainwater pipe network, communication pipe network, gas pipe network, and sewage pipe network. The planned construction period is from May 10 to June 28, 2024.
The middle section of Tongda Road (from the intersection of Kaiyuan Road to the Kaiyuan Building Materials City). The construction content includes the thermal pipe network connection. The planned construction period is from April 12, 2024 to May 19, 2024.
The eastern section of Tongda Road (Railway Station Square to Crystal Lane Community). The construction includes a water supply network. The planned construction period is from May 27, 2024 to July 11, 2024.
Xiyuan Road (the road on the east side of the recreation community). The construction content includes gas, reclaimed water, and water supply to connect to Jungar Road. The planned construction period is from June 19, 2024 to August 3, 2024.
Tahara Road (Central Heat Exchange Station to the East of Junggar Bridge). The construction content includes heat, communications, and electricity. The planned construction period is from May 10, 2024 to August 4, 2024.
Tuanjie Lane (Post West Lane). The construction content includes power pipe network, rainwater pipe network and sewage pipe network. The planned construction period is from June 9, 2024 to July 25, 2024.
Anmin Lane (West Lane of the Public Security Bureau). The construction includes sewage connection. The planned construction period is from May 10, 2024 to June 7, 2024.
The construction of the closed road section has caused many inconveniences such as inconvenience and traffic congestion to the general public and friends, and we have adopted a variety of ways and channels to collect and solve the difficult problems encountered by the general public and friends in the implementation of the project.
