In order to protect the safety of "one old and one young", the Party Committee and Government of Nan'an Town sorted out 45 left-behind children and 68 elderly people with special difficulties who needed special attention, and cooperated with Suijiang County Telecom Company to install smart positioning terminals for key groups among the left-behind elderly and children free of charge. The terminal purchase fee is jointly borne by the Nan'an Town Government and Suijiang County Telecom Company, and the service fee generated in the process of use is also fully exempted.
