After public solicitation, demand confirmation, professional selection and other work, focusing on the digital transformation of economy, life, governance, digital landmarks and other fields, 17 digital transformation application scenario requirements were finally formed. As soon as the scenario requirement list was released, it received wide attention from all walks of life, and a total of more than 60 solutions were received. Recently, focusing on the themes of medical health, digital life, operation and management, the District Science and Technology Commission has successively held three digital transformation scenario supply and demand matchmaking meetings to "match" the scenario demander and potential suppliers and promote the implementation of scenario projects.
During the event, representatives of more than 30 suppliers participated in the "unveiling", including industry leaders who have been deeply involved in digital transformation for many years, such as Shanghai Unicom Industrial Internet, China Enterprise Communication Network, and CETC New Smart City Research Institute, as well as cutting-edge science and technology enterprises in Huangpu District, such as Tianpu Technology, Yuan Field, Yuanzhu Chuangyuan, and Time Saving Information. In the enterprise roadshow, they introduced the company's profile, technical expertise, successful cases, etc., covering artificial intelligence, metaverse, big data and other fields.

In addition, with the help of the scenario supply and demand docking platform, the District Science and Technology Commission also publicized and implemented the "Huangpu District Policy Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Digital Industry" and other relevant industrial policies to the participating enterprises. According to the policy, Huangpu District will give certain financial subsidies and incentives to high-quality projects that are in line with the industrial development orientation, support enterprises to actively participate in the digital transformation of the district, promote digital technology empowerment, and form a high-quality industrial innovation ecosystem.
In recent years, Huangpu District has closely followed the main line of the city's development of "new functional peaks and new benchmarks for quality", focusing on the three major areas of economy, life and governance, taking digital transformation as the starting point, increasing the opening of digital transformation scenarios, and vigorously promoting the construction of high-quality scenarios. In the 2023 Shanghai Urban Digital Transformation Assessment, Huangpu District ranked second in the city and first in the central urban area, among which the scores of many first-level indicators such as the innovation of demonstration and characteristic work, and the level of digital life services ranked first in the city. According to the relevant person in charge of the District Science and Technology Commission, the follow-up District Science and Technology Commission will also organize and carry out the pilot construction of the scene, project acceptance, demonstration identification, publicity and release, and continuously improve the effectiveness, visibility and influence of Huangpu characteristic demonstration scenes, and contribute Huangpu wisdom and Huangpu experience to Shanghai's construction of an international digital capital.
