The owner left a message saying: The pre-sale certificate of the project 7-A# residential and 7-B# residential projects was issued on November 5, 2021, and the commercial housing sales contract stipulated that the seller should deliver the commercial housing to the buyer before December 31, 2024, but the project has only completed the main structural part so far, and most of the decoration has not been completed, and the project has been in a state of suspension since the second half of 2023.
