According to the data of the China Index, from 2017 to 2018, the two indicators of single sales area and amount of Sunshine City Lijingwan continued to be the first sales champion of new projects in Nansha, ranking among the top five in single sales in Guangzhou, and the sales champion of Guangzhou in 2018 in terms of sales area, amount and number of sets.
Lijing Lanpo Bay (Sunshine City Lijing Peninsula)
Lijing Lanpo Bay (also known as Sunshine City Lijing Peninsula) is one of the Nansha projects of Sunshine City, the project is located at the intersection of Nansha Jingang Avenue and Huanshi Avenue, where the Jinzhou plate is located is the earliest start in Nansha, and it is also the most mature plate in Nansha District, with education, commerce, subway and hospital facilities.
According to public information, the project is planned to have 10 high-rise houses, 3 apartments and 1 kindergarten, and the high-rise houses mainly promote three- to four-bedroom units with a construction area of about 85-118 square meters, with a planned number of about 2,208 households, covering an area of 30,799 square meters and a construction area of 320192 square meters. The project officially opened in November 2021, with an average transaction price of about 25,000-26,000 yuan/square meter, and the total number of units sold so far is about 423 units.
If the project goes well, the first products will be delivered by the end of 2024. However, the delivery of Lijing Blue Perper Bay is destined to be a tortuous process!
After Sunshine City fell into a debt crisis, the project was suspended several times to resume work. Public information shows that around 2022, there was a brief shutdown of the project, and in April 2022, the project announced a full resumption of work, but the progress was slow. At that time, the person in charge of the project said on the official Weibo that the slow resumption of work after the year was not a financial problem, but a delay caused by improving the quality of the project and upgrading the process.
In the second half of 2023, it will be in a state of shutdown again. The anxious owner sees that the project is still in a state of suspension after 24 years. Many Nansha owners believe that the hope for the upcoming delivery deadline is extremely slim......!
In March this year, the owner of Lijing Lanpo Bay left a message on the leadership message board of People's Daily Online, and Nansha District recently replied to this.
The owner left a message saying: The pre-sale certificate of the project 7-A# residential and 7-B# residential projects was issued on November 5, 2021, and the commercial housing sales contract stipulated that the seller should deliver the commercial housing to the buyer before December 31, 2024, but the project has only completed the main structural part so far, and most of the decoration has not been completed, and the project has been in a state of suspension since the second half of 2023.
On April 12, Nansha officials replied: It is understood that the project involved has applied for suspension procedures due to debt problems. All departments in the district will continue to urge the development enterprises to earnestly fulfill their main responsibilities, assist the project in solving difficulties through multiple channels, and realize the resumption of work and production of the project as soon as possible.
The project has been built with three high-rise buildings, 7A, 7B and 6, and two buildings on one side, the main structure is only built to the 2nd floor, and the other areas are still flat. The entrance to the construction site is overgrown with weeds.
The last time Guangzhou Housing and Construction official website "Sunshine Family" updated the construction progress of the project and uploaded the real photos of the project was on February 1 this year.

In the first half of 2023, the official WeChat account of Sunshine City Guangdong Region is still updating the construction progress of Lijing Lanpo Bay, but there has been no progress release since May last year.
I don't know when this project will be "reborn"? The owner's appeal is actually very simple, hoping to receive his house as scheduled. But it is such a simple demand, it may be difficult for this group of Nansha owners to realize, it is really embarrassing! I hope that the owners of Lijing Lanpo Bay can wait for a good result!
