Optimize the certification process. Implement "delayed and staggered handling" to facilitate office workers and other people to handle business, minimize the time cost of the masses to come and go, and build a mobile vehicle management office. The DMV organizes staff to take advantage of special periods such as village market days and busy agricultural seasons to go down to the grassroots level to go into the fields, construction sites, market streets and other places to provide "mobile vehicle management convenience services" to remote, poor and special groups, open up the last mile to serve the masses, and expand green channels. Set up green windows for special groups such as the elderly, pregnant, military, and police in the business hall of the vehicle management office, and provide free purified water, disposable water cups, reading glasses, umbrellas and other convenient items, so that the masses can fully feel the temperature of the public security traffic police service while handling business.
