On April 17, the Nanzhao County Bureau of Justice organized and carried out training and drills on emergency safety and riot control.
Before the drill began, Hu Youwu, director of the Community Correction Center of the Nanzhao County Judicial Bureau, conveyed the overall plan of the event, and divided the participants in the training and drill into groups according to the plan. The security officer of the county judicial bureau demonstrated the practical operation to the trainees on the spot, taught the use of several anti-riot tools and protective equipment such as anti-riot forks, anti-riot shields, anti-stab-proof clothing, and anti-cutting gloves, and gave methods and skills for coping with various situations, and explained how to avoid danger and self-help and self-protection.
The drill began with a verbal altercation between the emotionally unstable "troublemakers" and the staff, and then confronted the staff with weapons. After the warning was ineffective, the staff dialed "110" to report to the police, and at the same time used anti-riot equipment such as anti-riot steel forks and anti-riot shields to quickly and effectively control the "troublemakers", and finally the public security officers took the "troublemakers" away from the scene.
During the entire anti-riot emergency drill, the response was timely, the connection was close, the division of labor was clear, and the measures were appropriate, and the "troublemakers" were successfully subdued and taken away, and the drill task was successfully completed.
Through this simulation exercise, the operation and rigor of the emergency anti-riot plan of the Nanzhao County Judicial Bureau were tested, the mastery and use level of anti-riot equipment by the team members were improved, the actual combat awareness, crisis awareness and responsibility awareness of all personnel were enhanced, and the on-site handling ability of emergencies was improved. In the next step, the Nanzhao County Judicial Bureau will continue to summarize and improve emergency response measures in combination with the actual work, continue to deepen and consolidate the results of emergency drills, and ensure the safety and stability of Nanzhao County's judicial and administrative work.
