Paragraph 3 of Article 8 of the Measures for the Administration of Demerit Points for Road Traffic Safety Violations stipulates that if a motor vehicle driver uses a forged or altered motor vehicle number plate, driving license, driver's license, school bus sign, or uses other motor vehicle license plates or driving licenses, 12 points will be deducted at a time.
Item 5 of Article 9 of the Measures for the Administration of Demerit Points for Road Traffic Safety Violations stipulates that if a motor vehicle driver drives a motor vehicle that does not conform to the type of motor vehicle that is allowed to drive, 9 points shall be deducted at a time.
