Located in the Côte de Bournes in Burgundy, France, Château Rehino is a young boutique winery. Owner and winemaker Nicolas Rossignol is the fifth generation of the family winemaking family in Volnay, who has been nurtured by the family since childhood and has the ambition to continue the family business.

Since the creation of the estate, Nicolas has expanded its vineyard area from the original 3 hectares to about 17 hectares by incorporating family vineyards and acquiring new plots, with plots planted in the wine-producing villages of Volnay, Pommard, Beaune, Aloxe-Corton and Pernand-Vergelesses.
As a follower of the biodynamic method, Nikolai did not take the initiative to apply for the relevant certification, but he has always implemented the spirit of the biodynamic method in vineyard management and winemaking. The winery never uses chemical herbicides or pesticides in the cultivation process, ensuring the health of the soil through light tillage.
