But the director said that because there are a lot of scenes in the play where my character got along with his father when he was a child, it was no problem.

Lan Yingying: We haven't been in contact with it before. Like everyone else, I met Aaron Kwok in front of the TV. At first, I knew that he was one of the "Four Heavenly Kings", and then I watched a lot of his works one after another - I especially liked his collaboration with Sister Ziyi's "Favorite". Lan Yingying: Yes, it was our first and last match. It took a lot of effort to keep my emotions under control. In fact, many times I have burst into tears, but I will ask myself to break free from the emotions that are too turbulent. Because Jiang Lu has grown up at the moment, she definitely doesn't want her father to worry about her anymore when he leaves.
The rivalry between Lan Yingying and Aaron Kwok is warm and tear-jerking
Yangcheng Evening News: In the rivalry between the two of you, which scene did you remember Aaron Kwok the most?
Lan Yingying: What impressed me the most was the last look of the father at his daughter in that scene. At that glance, Jiang Lu actually didn't see it, but as an actor, I could see the playback on the monitor later. Mr. Aaron Kwok didn't cry, his eyes were red, but at that moment there was really a feeling that he didn't say anything but actually said everything. Yangcheng Evening News: In the movie, the big yellow dog Awang incarnated by Jiang Lu's father was made by special effects, so your rivalry is actually a non-physical performance. I'm curious, what was it like when I was shooting on set?
Lan Yingying: It was an unprecedented challenge! (laughs) The first time, I was in front of an acting teacher who imitated Ngawang, the second time, I was in front of a teacher in green clothes, the third time, I was playing with a ball of green cotton, and the fourth time, I was facing the air, and I wanted to "see" the puppy in the air! It was really difficult because the focal length of the pupils could not deceive, and at the beginning I really tried to look at myself several times and see myself as the right eye! (laughs)

Because of "Sister Lang", she is more confident when she plays a singer
Yangcheng Evening News: Jiang Lu, who you played, grew up to become an artist. You're also an artist, so you can empathize with her very much?
Lan Yingying: Yes, I know very well what she thinks, desires, and anxieties. These things are shown in the script, but I can put more of my own experience and state of mind.
Yangcheng Evening News: Can you tell us more about your anxiety as an artist, such as image and creation?
Lan Yingying: Image anxiety...... I don't seem to have been, after all, I'm not a beauty debut. But I do have creative anxieties, like I want to find some good characters to break through.
Yangcheng Evening News: Jiang Lu is a singer and has a lot of stage performances. Did your experience of participating in "Sister Riding the Wind and Waves" help you play this role?
Lan Yingying: If I hadn't participated in "Sister Lang", I might have to participate in some singing and dancing training. I am especially grateful to "Sister Lang", those excellent teachers have greatly improved my singing and dancing skills, and I am also a lot more confident on stage. In addition to "You from Wang Xing", I later received a musical movie because of this.
Yangcheng Evening News: In "Sister Lang", many people are deeply impressed by the strong Lan Yingying. Jiang Lu is also a girl who never complains in front of others, do you think you are very similar to her in this regard?
Lan Yingying: When the director asked me to act in this play, he probably thought that we were both very strong. But in fact, I have never been deliberately strong or vulnerable. In fact, I really don't think I have anything to be wronged about. Maybe I'm more insensitive? (laughs)
I think that's the way the world is – if you do something, including finishing a work, there will be people who like it, some people won't like it, and there will be parts that you can't do no matter how hard you try, and that's all normal, nothing special.

Lan Yingying: Yes. When "Sister Lang" was on the air, there were a lot of questions about me. For example, some viewers said that I can't cry, it looks cold. At that time, even my teammates would suggest that you should cry a little bit, so that everyone would sympathize with you. But I said, I don't really think I have anything to cry about......
I'm usually a person who likes to be shapely, but I'm easy to empathize with other people's things, but it's hard to feel wronged by myself. I thought, I'd better follow my heart, if I really want to cry, I'll cry, I don't reject it.

Lan Yingying: I think the world is diverse. Many people may have a very soft and delicate heart, but I believe that there must be many people like me who are full of "dull sensitivity". (laughs)
Yangcheng Evening News: Jiang Lu in the movie encountered bad comments on the Internet, and at first she ran away, but later faced it bravely. How do you feel about the negative comments that are usually made about you on the Internet?
Lan Yingying: I've gone through a lot of stages in this matter. At first, when "Harem: The Legend of Zhen Huan" first came out, the national popularity of this drama was particularly high, but the role I played was not very likable, and many viewers easily raised their emotions about the role to the actor himself. During that time, I was so happy when I saw someone say that they liked Huanbi, and I was also disappointed when I saw someone say that they hated her. Later, for a while, I was very fond of reading reviews about myself. Later, I tried not to read any comments about myself. In short, everything has been experienced.

Lan Yingying: Too much. In the past few years, many elderly people in my family have passed away. This should be something that everyone will experience. But I love a quote from the movie: you have to believe that love will be with you in other ways.
Yangcheng Evening News: After this movie, do you think you know how to say goodbye better?
Lan Yingying: I think I've learned a lot, but I still have to learn in the future. Whenever a friend dies, I comfort them and say that you will see each other again one day.
