However, according to a report by the global network, Japanese Foreign Minister Yoko Uekawa reported the 2024 version of the "Diplomatic Blue Book" at the cabinet meeting on the 16th.
In addition, it mentioned the "strategic mutually beneficial relationship" confirmed by China and Japan in November last year, which is also the first time in the past five years that it has been included in the "Diplomatic Blue Book".
After a lapse of five years, the Japanese side once again reaffirmed the "Sino-Japanese strategic mutually beneficial relationship" and stressed the importance of building a stable and constructive Sino-Japanese relationship.
So, is the purpose of Japan's sudden revival of the "Sino-Japanese strategic mutually beneficial relationship" to be prepared to actively build friendly relations with China, or is there any other reason?

It announced a number of cooperation plans between the two countries, and to strengthen the alliance between the United States and Japan, and some media even said that the new cooperation between the United States and Japan is aimed at "confronting China and Russia."

Regarding Fumio Kishida's actions, mainland Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian said that China firmly opposes Japan's smear accusations, as well as the so-called Chinese threat and unreasonable interference in China's internal affairs.
