Safety is more important than Mount Tai, and only by preventing micro problems can we avoid disasters before they arise. At present, the problem of electric bicycles going upstairs and "flying wire charging" frequently occurs in some residential areas, which has caused serious potential risks to the life safety and property protection of the majority of residents. In order to solve the problem of electric bicycle charging in residential areas, prevent fire hazards that may be caused by "flying wire charging" and home charging, and effectively safeguard the life safety and property safety of the people, we solemnly put forward the following initiatives:
1. Accelerate the construction of charging facilities and empower green travel
We call on all organs, enterprises and institutions, industrial parks, etc. in the region to consider the needs of units and employees to purchase and use electric bicycles, fully tap the potential of internal parking lots and other resources, build parking and charging facilities, meet the needs of employees for charging and replacing electric bicycles, and advocate "going home with full power". Encourage the internal charging facilities of the unit to open to the outside world and share services, so as to disperse the charging load in the residential area and reduce all kinds of safety problems caused by charging.
2. Actively advocate "going home with a full charge", and remember to be safe and worry-free
We advocate that the majority of employees, especially party members and cadres, take the lead in charging "full power home" in the unit to reduce the charging pressure of electric bicycles in the community. At the same time, we should consciously do: do not pull the wire to charge privately, do not park and charge in the stairwell, aisle, evacuation passage, safety exit, shared corridor, elevator front room, and housing room, do not park electric bicycles in the stairwell, unit hallway, staircase aisle and housing room, do not take the battery home, and do not occupy the "life channel".
3. Co-construction and co-governance of residential communities to create a better life
We call on the majority of employees to establish a sense of community that "the community is my home, and safety depends on everyone", take the initiative to supervise the problems of "flying wire charging", dangerous charging, illegal parking and improper use of fire-fighting facilities in the community, and jointly participate in the "supervisor" team of community fire protection and electric bicycle charging safety. Once violations are found and refusal to correct, we encourage everyone to actively report to law enforcement departments such as public security, fire protection, and urban management, so as to jointly create a good social atmosphere in which everyone is a "supervisor" and ensure the safety of the community.
