Taishan Institute of Science and Technology currently operates 6 community culture colleges, including Zhanyan Academy, Wuwen Academy, Jiuhe Academy, Dongyue Academy, Wenyang Academy, and Haiyou Academy, and 1 liberal arts college-style college, Xinyan Academy, where each student belongs to a college. Relying on the three-core driving system of "leadership, family culture, and connection point", each college extends and establishes its own college culture education system. The academy is a growing field for leadership development. Focusing on implicit leadership and explicit leadership, each college has formed a systematic work system with creativity, decision-making, exploration, charisma, appreciation, and storytelling as the core, and carried out the design practice of activities based on this, so that students can become new young people with professional skills, leadership thinking, and emotional responsibility in sharing, interaction, mutual assistance, and multicultural immersion.
