FF emphasized that the company has established a sound internal control mechanism to ensure that the necessary full payment or down payment has been received before the public announcement, and the approval of lease vehicles has been completed, and the registration process of the traffic management bureau has been completed. At the same time, FF solemnly declares that there is no false behavior in the company's sales activities. FF is committed to complying with legal and ethical standards at all times, encouraging employees to report any suspicious behavior and never retaliating against bona fide whistleblowers.
On April 10, two Faraday Future internal whistleblowers claimed that the troubled electric vehicle company had lied about the small amount of delivery data to date. Two FF employees, Jose Guerrero and Victoria Xie, reported that some of the few cars that FF has delivered so far are fake. Among them, Gerrero, as FF's director of sales and after-sales, submitted an internal whistleblower letter to FF's general counsel, alleging that FF lied about the sales of the first 4 FF91s, FF announced the delivery of 3 of the 4 FF91s before the sales process was completed, and only 1 was paid in full 60 days after the completion of the delivery, with the aim of increasing the company's stock price by announcing the sales volume.
