On the afternoon of April 11, Tang Jian'e, deputy to the Provincial People's Congress and CEO of Huaihua District of Aier Ophthalmology, and Xu Zhiling, deputy to the Provincial People's Congress, were invited to inspect the International Inland Port District People's Court of Hecheng Court and observe the trial of the case on the spot.
Representatives Tang Jian'e and Xu Zhiling visited the case filing service hall, mediation room, trial court, and office area, and learned in detail about the construction of the court, the management of litigation sources, and the resolution of multiple disputes. He also highly praised the positive actions of the people's tribunals in optimizing the business environment under the rule of law, resolving conflicts at the source, and promoting social governance at the grassroots level, and finally put forward opinions and suggestions on strengthening departmental coordination and cooperation, standardizing and improving the docking mechanism for litigation and mediation, and expanding publicity on the governance of litigation sources.
