Wang and Yang have a daughter, who is a minor. In the case of the divorce dispute between the two, after careful mediation by the judge of the Cha'an Court of the Wancheng District Court, the two parties voluntarily divorced, and the legitimate daughter was raised by her mother Yang. In order to better protect the lawful rights and interests of the minors involved in the case and reduce the impact of the parents' divorce on the children, after the case was completed, Judge Wang Haiyan came to the parties' homes and served the parties with a "Notice of Family Education Responsibility", guiding both parties to pay attention to the spiritual and material needs of the healthy growth of their minor children, and actively perform their guardianship responsibilities and family education responsibilities.
