Recently, in the process of the construction and development of the Nanping squadron, it is facing some problems that need to be solved urgently. Although these problems are small, they gradually affect the daily operation of the squadron, like small pebbles, quietly thrown into the calm lake of the squadron, causing layers of ripples.
One night, when the squadron instructor was inspecting the shop, he overheard the conversation of several soldiers who had just left the sentry. Their words reveal dissatisfaction with the status quo of the squadron and a desire for change. Although the instructor blushed a little after hearing this, he still wanted to solve these problems, he quietly returned to the dormitory, lying on the bed and suddenly had an "idea" in his head: at the beginning of the year, the corps held the "Fengqiao style of work" experience exchange meeting, many units have achieved good results by using the "Fengqiao experience" in the new era, and now it is just right to use the idea of the "Fengqiao experience" in the new era to solve this problem.
The next day, the instructor summoned the squadron cadres and held an impromptu meeting. The topic of discussion was how to solve the current problems faced by the squadron and strengthen the construction of units.

At the same time, they also organized a variety of cultural activities, such as chess competitions and calligraphy exhibitions, to enrich the spare time life of the officers and men; in terms of management, the squadron adopted a humanized management model when applying the experience of Fengqiao, and further standardized and implemented the system of "mobile phones entering the squad platoon," which not only facilitated the communication between married sergeants and their wives and children, but also kept abreast of the situation of their families in a timely manner, so that the management could be closer to reality and to the officers and men.
