How are points accrued and redeemed?
First of all, you need to register and activate your membership before purchasing tickets to enjoy the points service.
When redeeming points, the points accumulated first consume the first.
Ride points = face value ×5

After purchasing a ticket
Your ride credit is 220
When the points accumulate for the first time and reach 10,000 points, you will be eligible for the first redemption, and 100 points are equivalent to 1 yuan

Can all trains be redeemed with points?
No, only when querying the train information, the train with the word "redeem" can be paid with points.

Can I change my redeemed ticket?
Tickets redeemed with points can be changed, but refunds and changes to arrival are not available.

Can I give my points to someone else?
OK. Each member can set up to 8 assignees (excluding the member). The transferee needs to pass the identity verification before it can take effect. The assignee shall take effect 60 days (including the day of the successful addition).

Can I earn points for child discounts?
Starting from January 1, 2023, children who have registered a member account can earn points after riding the bus with real-name child tickets purchased with their own identity information, and non-real-name child tickets cannot accumulate points. Note: Natural persons over the age of 12 can apply to become a "Railway Travel" frequent flyer member and participate in the bonus point accumulation activities.
