The high-profile Huawei Pura70 series is very likely to be launched on Huawei Mall tomorrow (April 18) through the "Pioneer Plan". On April 17, CNMO learned that a digital blogger posted that in order to prevent scalpers, offline reservations for Huawei Pura70 series must provide ID card registration to avoid being fined due to serial shipments.

In addition, according to the staff of Huawei's Smart Life Pavilion, more than 200 consumers have received reservations. The current known phone models include the Pura 70, Pura 70 Pro+, and Pura 70 Ultra. Although consumers can register their intended model in advance, there is still a queue and there is no guarantee that they will receive the phone immediately when it goes on sale. Staff expect that there will be news of sales as soon as the near future, and that it may be available between the end of April and the beginning of May at the latest.

In terms of price, the Huawei store staff gave a preliminary estimate: "The price of Pura 70 is about 6000 yuan, Pura 70 Pro+ is expected to be about 8000 yuan, and Pura 70 Ultra is expected to be around 10000 yuan, and the price of the highest configuration will not exceed 12,000 yuan." ”

Market research institutes are optimistic about Huawei's Pura 70 series shipments. Ming-Chi Kuo, an analyst at Tianfeng International Securities, predicted on social media that the shipments of the Pura 70 series will increase significantly in 2024 compared to the P60 series released in 2023. Pura 70 shipments are expected to grow 230% to 13 million to 15 million units if demand for handset inventory replenishment is strong, and shipments are expected to grow 150% to 10 million to 12 million units even if demand slows.

Kuo further pointed out that the biggest highlight of the Pura 70 series is its telephoto periscope technology, while the Pura 70 Art's wide-angle camera uses a 1G6P wave-plastic hybrid lens, which is 4 to 5 times more expensive than the 7P lens due to the use of molded glass.
