Since 2014, Guifeng Village has designated a key protection area, in which all traditional buildings are not allowed to be demolished, and non-protected historical buildings remain intact, and a phased and batched protection and repair plan has been formulated for ancient buildings to restore the traditional pattern and style of historical buildings. At present, the renovation of 35 ancient houses has been completed, and the remaining 4 are already being planned for repair.
