After inquiry, the suspects Sheng and Yang were husband and wife, and the two rode an electric car to the vicinity of Fengsheng Temple after the electric car ran out of power, so they went to the temple to charge, and saw that there was a merit box in the temple to temporarily start the intention, so they picked the door lock at night to steal, and then rode back to Dongsheng. The two confessed to the illegal fact of stealing the cash in the merit box of Fengsheng Temple, and the Habaghi Police Station of the Kangbashi Public Security Bureau gave Sheng and Yang a punishment of 10 days of administrative detention in accordance with the law.
