The fire accident was caused by the poor contact between the indoor power supply cable and the insulation puncture clamp in the 8th floor cable well of Unit 1 of Building 1 in the community, and the arc discharge ignited flammable and combustible materials such as cable sheaths, resulting in the spread of the disaster.
