Recently, the police reported that the video of "picking up the homework book of primary school student Qin Lang in Paris" was fabricated, and the public security organs have imposed administrative penalties on relevant personnel in accordance with the law. The platform encourages sincere creation, and severely cracks down on fabricating and disseminating false information, creating or stirring up hot spots through malicious posing, and deliberately attracting attention and occupying public resources.
In accordance with the Notice on Strengthening the Management of "Self-Media" issued by the Cyberspace Administration of China and the platform rules, the video account "Thurman Cat Cup" was banned.
The platform continues to crack down on self-media that publish false information and carry and disseminate false content, and strictly deal with accounts with illegal profit-making behaviors. We also remind creators to consciously abide by laws, regulations and platform norms, publish positive and healthy content, and avoid violations:

According to the Notice on Strengthening the Management of "Self-Media" issued by the Cyberspace Administration of China and the platform rules, the Douyin Security Center permanently banned the account "Thurman Cat Cup".
When creators create or publish fictional content through plot interpretation, they need to mark the work as a deduction in a conspicuous position to avoid misunderstanding of the work.
