In order to deeply learn the lessons of various fire accidents, resolutely and thoroughly rectify the outstanding risks and hidden dangers in key areas, and effectively prevent and resolve fire safety risks, in accordance with the requirements of relevant documents, recently, the Municipal Fire and Rescue Detachment went deep into the densely populated places under the jurisdiction of the Fire and Rescue Brigade of the High-tech Zone to carry out the "breaking the net" action to help and guide the work.
In the process of assistance and guidance, the person in charge of the Municipal Fire and Rescue Detachment listened to the report of the person in charge of the densely populated place on the daily safety management, and then carried out the assistance and guidance work in the field. At the same time, it was pointed out that recently, fire accidents have occurred in densely populated places in many places across the country, causing heavy casualties and property losses. As the person in charge of the unit, we must fully understand the current severe and complex fire safety situation, strictly abide by the "Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and other fire laws and regulations, and do a good job in fire safety. It is necessary to strictly follow the requirements of the "Notice on Removing Obstacles Affecting Escape and Fire Fighting and Rescue in Doors and Windows of Crowded Places" issued by the National Fire and Rescue Bureau, remove anti-theft nets, iron fences and other obstacles that affect escape and fire fighting and rescue in violation of regulations on doors and windows, and effectively prevent and curb the occurrence of fire accidents involving mass deaths and injuries. It also requires the law enforcement supervisors of the brigade to go deep into the public security police stations and township streets in the jurisdiction to carry out guidance and training on the "breaking the network" action, and organize the fire commissioner, community property management personnel, and fire volunteers to go into residential communities, shops and other places to distribute leaflets to merchants and residents, popularize fire safety knowledge, and make every effort to ensure that the fire situation in the society continues to be stable.
Up to now, the high-tech brigade has removed more than 1,100 square meters of anti-theft nets, iron fences and other obstacles illegally set up in densely populated places in the jurisdiction. In the next step, the fire and rescue brigade of the high-tech zone will continue to maintain a high-pressure situation, solidly promote the in-depth development of special actions, strengthen publicity and guidance, enhance public awareness of fire safety, enhance fire self-rescue capabilities, and actively create a good situation in which the masses consciously abide by and participate in fire safety management.
