At the Wanfenglin Half Marathon last autumn, when thousands of runners sweated and sprinted, the famous sports host Han Qiaosheng exclaimed in the live broadcast: "I have hosted countless events, and I didn't know until I came to Xingyi that the word 'come on' that we often hear on the field originated from this magical land in southwest Guizhou." ”

Xingyi, this vibrant city, can be seen everywhere with the slogan "Come on and run, Xingyi is really good". The simple word "come on" contains a profound historical and cultural heritage here. It is not only a shout, a kind of encouragement, but also a symbol of spirit and a cultural inheritance.

Looking back on the long history of China, when Zhang Qiang, the father of Zhang Zhidong, a famous minister in the late Qing Dynasty, served in Xingyi Mansion in Guizhou, he had a warm routine: whenever it was quiet at night, he would send people to carry tung oil through the streets and alleys, add lamp oil to those students who read at night, and encourage them to study hard and achieve fame as soon as possible. This move not only warmed the hearts of the students, but also sowed the seeds of re-education and rejuvenation in the land of southwest Guizhou, giving birth to a unique culture of "refueling".

This kind of culture is as timeless as Xingyi Bishan Academy. Since the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, Bishan Academy has gone through more than 200 years of ups and downs and cultivated countless cultural, scientific, artistic, and military talents for the country. Huang Jun, Xiao Junsheng and other outstanding figures went to Yan'an from here, joined the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, and made great contributions to the country and the nation. Today's Xingyi Normal University, as the inheritor of Bishan Academy, still adheres to this spirit and cultivates batches of outstanding talents for the society.

When we stand at a new historical starting point, the "refueling" culture originated in southwest Guizhou has far surpassed its original meaning. It is no longer just a simple action of "adding lamp oil", but represents a kind of spiritual strength that is not willing to lag behind and is aggressive. This kind of power, as solid as the mountains of southwest Guizhou, and as tall as the peaks of the Wanfeng Forest, inspires the people of this land to strive for self-improvement and forge ahead.

These dazzling figures are not only a witness to economic development, but also a new brilliance of the "refueling" culture in the new era.

In this land full of hope, the culture of "refueling" has become a spiritual symbol deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. It tells the world that no matter what kind of difficulties and challenges we face, as long as we have light in our hearts and a road under our feet, there is no difficulty that cannot be overcome. The people of southwest Guizhou will continue to uphold this spirit, march towards a new journey, and create a more brilliant future.
