In 1935, after the Zunyi Conference, the Red Army resolutely chose to cross the mountains of southwest Guizhou and continue their Long March. In a short period of 10 days, the Red Army crossed mountains and mountains, crossed counties and towns, and fought 16 bloody battles.

The red chapter written by the martyrs with their lives, like a raging flame, illuminates the way forward for the people of southwest Guizhou and warms the hearts of everyone who pursues red memories.

In recent years, Qianxinan Prefecture has deeply excavated red tourism resources, remembered that arduous history, and inherited and carried forward the spirit of the Great Long March. The nine construction projects of the Long March National Cultural Park are designed to allow people to deeply feel the heavy red memory while enjoying the beautiful scenery, and to ensure that the red gene can be passed on from generation to generation.
