On the morning of April 15, Anhua Town sounded the rallying call for "flood prevention and preparedness" and carried out the 2024 flood prevention and rescue emergency drill at the risk point of Huaishuxia Village in the jurisdiction. The drill simulated the heavy rainfall attack, causing the river water level to rise sharply, a large number of floods poured into farmland and low-lying houses through the embankment, endangering the safety of people's lives and property as the background, the town flood control and drought control headquarters received the danger, immediately launched the flood control emergency plan, comprehensive coordination and early warning group, rescue group, transfer group, security group, medical rescue group, publicity and reporting group immediately assembled in place, various support materials also quickly entered the scene.

The main subjects of the flood control emergency drill include five subjects: transporting flood control materials to reinforce the dam, investigating the danger of the upstream and downstream dam surface and dam foot, cleaning up obstacles in the spillway, transferring the masses, and treating the wounded. The emergency rescue team quickly assembled at the dangerous place and used shovels, woven bags, sand and gravel to reinforce the dangerous embankment. Under the unified dispatch and command of the headquarters, each working group has a clear division of labor, closely cooperates, organizes the evacuation and transfer of the masses in an orderly manner, and medical rescue personnel quickly treat the injured people.
