The G312 expressway project starts from the junction of Henglin Town, Changzhou Economic Development Zone and Huishan District, Wuxi City in the east, and reaches the hub of Qingyang Road and Changhong Road in the west, passing through Henglin Town, Yaoguan Town and Hutang Town, with a total length of 12.849 kilometers, and adopts the first-class highway standard construction with auxiliary roads. Among them, the design speed of the elevated main road is 80km/h, and the design speed of the ground auxiliary road is 50km/h, both of which are set up with two-way six-lane roads, and the construction period is 3 years.
The project is west to the hub of Qingyang Road and Changhong Road, abolishes the landing section on the east side, extends to the east along the existing road, and sets up 4 groups of entrances and exits on the west side of Daming Road, both sides of Jianshe Road, the east side of Dailuo Road, both sides of Hengluo West Road, and the west side of Chaoyang Road, with a total of 14 up and down ramp bridges, which are convenient for rapid travel in Henglin and remote viewing areas. The elevated highway crosses Chaoyang Road and lands on the ground, and connects with the rapid transformation project of the western section of Wuxi of National Highway 312 in the form of a ground expressway.

It is understood that Fangya Road is located in Hengshanqiao Town, starting from Jiangnan Road in the west, and finally ending on the west side of Yaneng Bridge in the east, the current situation of the old road is cement concrete pavement, the road width is 7m, and the line is factories, villages, farmland, etc. Due to the road closure construction of Wucheng Road (S232-Chaoyang Road), freight vehicles from west to east in Changzhou are detoured through Huanshan North Road-Jiangnan Road-Fangya Road-Chaoyang Road. Fangya Road has been temporarily repaired 6 times since 22 years, and the road reconstruction and expansion are imminent.
The Construction Bureau of Hengshanqiao Town has visited and investigated many times, taking into account the current traffic volume, road conditions, bridges and culverts and other aspects of Fangya Road.

"Fangya Road reconstruction and expansion of the road with a total length of 0.886km, has completed the project approval, bidding and greening transplanting, ready to start construction in April, is expected to be completed and opened to traffic in November this year. ”
The reconstruction and expansion is mainly to excavate the old road, build a new one, and widen the 5-meter roadway to the south, build a new 2-meter sidewalk and a 2-meter green facility belt, and the main construction content includes roads, pipelines, lighting, traffic safety facilities and other ancillary projects
