The story begins:

My name is Li Jing, I am 16 years old, I am an ordinary high school student, I live in a small city in southern China. Although my family is not wealthy, my parents love me very much, and I feel warm and happy.

Chinese New Year's Eve is an important time for every Chinese, and families will gather together to celebrate this important holiday. And for me, this year's Chinese New Year's Eve will be a night to remember.

That afternoon, I met up with a few good friends to go to a Chinese New Year's Eve party. We walked the streets in high spirits, chatting about each other's expectations and plans, as if everything was full of infinite possibilities.

However, just as we were on our way to the party venue, an accident changed everything.

Suddenly, there was a screeching sound of brakes, followed by a scream. I looked back and saw a fast-moving car out of control and heading straight for us. I didn't have time to react, I felt a tremendous force knock me to the ground, and I lost consciousness.

When I woke up, I found myself in a hospital bed. I was surrounded by anxious family members and doctors who told me that I had suffered some minor injuries in the accident but was out of danger.

I was filled with confusion and fear, and I didn't know what was going on. The doctor told me that I was injured because of a runaway car, but I don't have much memory.

However, as time went on, I slowly came to my senses from the chaos. I began to accept the facts and try to face my inner fears and struggles. The companionship and love of my family and friends became a source of strength for me to overcome difficult situations.

Although I can't fully recall the scene of the accident, I have learned a truth: no matter how difficult and challenging life encounters, we must face it bravely, believe in ourselves, and believe in life. Although this accident changed my Chinese New Year's Eve, it also made me cherish life more, and know how to be grateful and strong.
