In the past 30 years, Jingning's apple industry has continued to develop and innovate, extended the chain and built a closed loop, and embarked on a unique long-term development path in Jingning. Recently, the reporter walked into Longyuanhong Group, the earliest fruit distribution enterprise established in Jingning County, to explore the online road of "hometown childhood", the new favorite of Jingning's apple industry chain. Founded in 1993, Longyuanhong is the earliest provincial key leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization in Jingning, which integrates fruit production and sales. Over the years, the group has made every effort to build a service system for the whole industry chain of Jingning apple production and sales with the guidance of making it easier for more fruit farmers to sell their fruits and make Jingning apples more fragrant and sweeter. 30 years ago, Jingning County apple planting began to take shape, in order to solve the problem of the masses difficult to sell fruit, with the strong support of the local government, Longyuanhong took the initiative to investigate and study, introduced the county's first natural ventilation warehouse and plastic bag storage and preservation technology, built Chengchuan, Bali, Zhiping 3 23-hole fruit cellars, and created the first fruit company in Jingning County. In 2011, three 50,000-ton fruit fresh-keeping warehouses in Bali, Chengchuan and Renda were built one after another, and the 8,000-square-meter modern standardized processing workshop passed the IS09001 quality management system certification and HACCP system certification. In 2015, the automatic fruit intelligent sorting line imported from France landed in Longyuan Hong, and in 2022, the Hefu-style automatic fruit intelligent sorting line realized the intelligent sorting of apple weight, fruit surface, color, and defects. In Jingning, the leading enterprises in the fruit industry represented by Longyuanhong have adopted the model of "leading enterprises + cooperatives + cooperatives + technical departments + farmers" to form farmers' cooperatives, build their own organic apple demonstration bases, and build apple fresh-keeping and processing industrial parks. Today, Jingning has gathered 161 enterprises in the apple industry chain, covering six major sectors, such as seedling research and development, and large-scale planting. Longyuanhong alone has more than 280 permanent employees and total assets of 160 million yuan. In April this year, with the registered trademark "Hometown Childhood" as the brand, Longyuanhong entered the field of related FMCG products from fresh fruit business, and four major categories of apple cider vinegar drink/NFC juice, apple crisps, puree apple cider vinegar (brewed vinegar), and first balsamic vinegar (brewed vinegar) were put on the market. "The 'Hometown Childhood' series of products are mainly sold in supermarkets, gift boxes, and catering consumption channels, and the market volume is hot. Yu Hongtao, director of the production plant, said, "We have a 1,000-square-meter Jingning apple laboratory, a 3,200-square-meter fruit deep processing workshop, and three fruit deep processing production lines such as fruit vinegar, juice and crisps, taking the lead in realizing the development layout of the whole industrial chain of Jingning apples." In the past 30 years, Jingning apples have gradually developed from a single agricultural product production to a modern green industry integrating fruit planting, fresh storage, grading and packaging, brand marketing, export earning, and deep processing.
