From my experience of three days and two nights, I can't go to Hongcun in a hurry, a day trip, a half-day trip. This kind of village with profound cultural heritage needs to be lived, slowly seen, walked slowly, and tasted slowly.
What is Hongcun?
The filming location of the Oscar-winning film "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon": Chow Yun-fat leading a horse across an arched bridge, and Zhang Ziyi's moon swamp floating on the water is impressive.
The culmination of traditional Hui architecture: more than 440 well-preserved Ming and Qing dynasty dwellings.
The beautiful scenery of Yanyu Jiangnan: the willow and poplar trees by the South Lake are drooping with green leaves, and there is more flavor in the rain.
Huizhou cuisine tasting place: Anhui cuisine is the first to recommend Huangshan, and Hongcun at the foot of Huangshan can enjoy a variety of Huizhou cuisine.

Such a place is completely unsuitable for special forces tourism, especially I see a lot of retired old people hurrying with the tour group, a day or even half a day to check in and travel, the experience is very poor, and when I come back, I see the online scolding, saying that it is not worth it, basically such a tourist.
To go to Hongcun, you have to be slow. Must stay for two nights to appreciate the beauty of Hongcun.
I just came back from Hongcun and would like to share my experience in Hongcun:
Entrance fees to scenic spots
Ticket price: 104 yuan on the spot, 94 yuan on Ctrip and Meituan.
Discount: 6-18 years old, 60-65 years old two stages of half price
Free admission: Seniors over 65 years old are free of charge, and Wednesdays are free admission days, but reservations must be made one day in advance.
What to stay
We stayed in Hongcun Wenshe. Two picks up the dream emblem faction private garden homestay. The price is 578 yuan, which is a little expensive. But there is a reason why it is expensive, we originally only booked for one day, and the next day we stayed for another day.
Reason:
1. Invincible super large back garden, very outstanding.
2. Very secluded, hidden place in the middle of the city. The garden is very quiet, after going out, turn right more than 10 meters into the post office street, it is a noisy world full of tourists.
3. Delicious meals. The free breakfast is rich and delicious, and the lunch can be made by the master alone, and the taste is not inferior to the Internet celebrity shops outside

What to eat
On the first night, I ate the 1983 Hui cuisine outside the west gate of the scenic spot, and ordered its fresh bamboo shoots (78 yuan) and oily creek shrimp (88 yuan).
Fresh bamboo shoots are classic Huizhou dishes, made of pickled salted meat with fresh bamboo shoots, which tastes really fat but not greasy, and leaves a fragrant lip and tooth.
The oil-drenched creek shrimp shell is crispy and the meat is tender, and the freshness and crispiness are intertwined, and the aftertaste is endless.
At noon the next day, I gathered in the Internet celebrity store to eat. In Jubafang deliberately ordered the first dish in Huizhou stinky mandarin fish (118 yuan), to tell the truth, it is not as good as the Tongqing Building in Hefei, the taste is more miscellaneous, and it is also more salty.
In addition, I also ordered a bowl of Huizhou fried rice (28 yuan), which is fried rice with sauerkraut and bacon, and the taste is very ordinary. Fried rice is not delicious if it is not dry, and his fried rice is more watery and sticky.
The boss gave me a glass of rice wine, and I didn't drink it anymore, which is not as good as the Chongyang wine of the Miao and Dong people in Guangxi.
With the lesson of gathering all directions, another Internet celebrity store, Tiandeng Canteen, saw a comment on the Internet that the food was difficult to eat, so I didn't dare to go.
At noon on the third day, I chose the local restaurant of Yingyue Inn opposite its house. The reason is that since it dares to open opposite the Internet celebrity store, it still has business, and there must be two brushes. So I went in and ordered braised small groupers and a plate of water celery.
The braised small grouper tastes really delicious.
Vegetarian stir-fried celery is the level of general home cooking.
As mentioned earlier, Wenshe B&B has its own cooking master, who serves the guests. The next night, I ordered in the B&B, and the master burned it. Two dishes: chestnut chicken and scrambled eggs with five plus skin, I feel that the taste is better than that of the Internet celebrity store.
The chestnut chicken is so delicious, after eating the chicken in the dish, I made another bowl of rice with chili peppers and sauce.
About the snacks sold in Hongcun
Many people in Huangshan Baked Cake Hong Village are making fresh, 10 yuan a bag. The taste is delicious, the skin is crispy, and the inside is all dried plum vegetables with button meat, chives, and sesame seeds. You can buy snacks and take them home as gifts.
I think the rice crisp I bought on the street is better than the one in Yangshuo, Guilin, and it melts in my mouth.
Osmanthus cake is 6 yuan for two, not recommended, neither soft nor sweet.
Kudzu root powder is 10 yuan a bowl, a very large bowl, the taste is a bit like Sichuan ice powder, you can buy it to relieve the heat when you sweat.
To sum up:
Hongcun or Huizhou specialties are: stinky mandarin fish (you can eat it if you haven't eaten it in Anhui Province), fresh bamboo shoots and knife plate fragrant (recommended, very delicious), scrambled eggs with five plus skin (not much different from other vegetable scrambled eggs, but you can order them if you haven't eaten them), edamame tofu (I have eaten it in Hefei and Huangshan, but I haven't ordered it in Hongcun, and Changsha stinky tofu two styles, you can eat it if you haven't eaten it)
Snacks: Huangshan baked cake (recommended), kudzu root powder (recommended), osmanthus cake (not recommended), rice crisp (recommended)
Three days and two nights specific itinerary
Day 1: Afternoon into the village, see and take pictures of Nanhu Lake, visit Nanhu Academy Evening: see the night view of Nanhu Lake and Yuenuma Lake, and take night photos.
Day 2:
In the morning, from 6 o'clock, take advantage of the small number of tourists to take pictures of the morning light of South Lake. Go back and shoot the alley. At 8 o'clock, there are more tourists, and the Huiwenshe B&B eats breakfast, drinks coffee and tea in the garden after breakfast, and takes a classical courtyard film in the garden.
At 11 o'clock at noon, I went out with my camera, walked the streets and alleys, and took pictures of market life.
When you are tired of walking, you can order stinky mandarin fish and Huizhou fried rice in Jubafang. After eating, I continued to walk around for a while and went back to the B&B to rest.
Afternoon: Go to Jingde Hall - Le Xu Hall - Chengzhi Hall - Shuren Hall - Ancient Trees to Walk and Watch, There are too many tourists, it rains, the light is also very poor, and the film can not be produced, so I barely took a picture when there were few tourists.
Evening: Eat at the B&B. After eating, go out and go to the South Lake store, and then go all the way to Yuezhao Lake.
Day 3:
In the morning, continue to go out at 6 o'clock to take pictures of South Lake, Wolnuma Lake and alleys.
At 8 o'clock, I went back to the B&B for breakfast, and then drank tea and coffee in the garden, looked at the clouds and mist in the distant mountains, and listened to music.
At noon, go out at 11 o'clock and go to the local restaurant of Yingyue Inn to eat Chinese food.
In the afternoon, check out at 1 o'clock and return home.
I think the above itinerary is especially suitable for retirees with a more sufficient budget, travel slowly, taste slowly, shoot slowly, and have been busy all their lives.
