In recent years, the district has taken measures according to local conditions and innovative measures to carry out high-standard farmland demonstration construction in the permanent farmland protection area of more than 30,000 mu north of Tiaoxi, Yuhang Street, promote improved varieties and digital farmland management, implement comprehensive paths such as the integrated development of agriculture, culture and tourism, and create a "Daoxiang Town" model in Yong'an, realizing the construction and development of farmland, the protection of cultivated land quality and the enrichment of the people and the strengthening of villages, and opened up a new path for the realization of rural revitalization in the permanent farmland protection area.
1. Adhere to the "good land surname grain" and build a high-standard agricultural demonstration area
(1) Upgrading the construction and consolidating the grain production capacity. (3) Promote the circulation of scale and enhance comprehensive benefits. On the basis of fully protecting the interests of rural households, the land is graded and graded based on factors such as land quality and regional location, and the price standard for land circulation is determined according to the grade, and farmland resources are pushed to agricultural enterprises, large professional households, and farmers' cooperatives and other new types of grain planting through circulation, which effectively improves the utilization rate of cultivated land and curbs the non-grain conversion of grain production functional areas. A total of 5,865 farmers in the region have signed agreements, 30,000 mu of cultivated land have been transferred on a large scale, and 67 new grain planting entities have been cultivated, and the output has increased by 12% compared with before the scale transfer. Develop the "Daoxiang Town" network publicity and e-commerce platform, automatic character imaging and other system applications to improve the comprehensive benefits of high-standard farmland.

Relying on Alibaba Cloud, Gulv Agricultural Products Digital Agriculture Cloud Platform and various Internet e-commerce resources, we will promote intensive order planting, link new retail channels, and integrate the construction of the whole industrial chain of the "Daoxiang Town" public brand. Hold offline summits to develop bulk B2B direct procurement channels. Seize the economic outlet of live broadcasting, establish public service centers for online live broadcasting, and expand B2C channels. At present, the first batch of 1,500 acres of core block digital agriculture construction projects have been prepared procurement requirements, pre-public procurement process, Yongan rice has also officially settled in Hema Fresh, Jingdong, Tmall and other large e-commerce platforms for sales.
(3) Industry-university-research linkage, linking "technology and scenario". Relying on the location advantage of "10 minutes west of Ali", revitalize the stock of construction land and idle houses within the jurisdiction of the street, and build it into a "test field" for agricultural high-tech enterprises and experts and scholars to carry out the application of new technology products such as new sensors and smart agricultural systems, so that new technologies can be verified, iterated and demonstrated in the scene, promote agriculture to climb to the middle and high end of the value chain, and promote the optimization of agricultural structure. At present, 6 technology companies including Gumai Technology have settled in Daoxiang Town.
3. Focus on "rich farmers" and create a leading area for integrated development
(1) Rejuvenate the "old foundation" of the countryside with agricultural beautiful villages.
