In the middle of spring, although the Shengli oil area is warm and cold, the annual power grid maintenance "highlight" has been kicked off in an orderly manner. At present, between the silver lines and on the towers, the busy power workers are working vigorously, and in the substation and in front of the distribution box, their firm steps also show that the power grid maintenance work is in full swing.
As a key measure to eliminate hidden dangers in the power grid and improve the level of power supply and oil conservation, power grid maintenance is particularly critical this year. In 2024, Shengli Oil Area will usher in the largest year of power grid transformation in the past 10 years. The overhaul was not only carried out simultaneously with the transformation and upgrading of the 220 kV system in the oilfield, but also superimposed on the overhaul of the Shengli Power Plant and other factors, which made the organization extremely complex, and the risk of power grid operation reached the highest point in recent years.
It is understood that this year's power grid maintenance work started on March 15 and is scheduled to end successfully on June 5. During the period, 62 substations and 272 transmission and distribution lines will be planned to be overhauled, aiming to eliminate 7,853 hidden defects. Up to now, 14 substations have been overhauled, 96 transmission and distribution lines have been overhauled, more than 2,050 defects have been successfully eliminated, and 23% of the overall plan has been completed, which is progressing smoothly.
At the same time, the transformation of the power grid is also in full swing. Since the 15th day of the first lunar month, the renovation work of Yanzhen has been resumed and was fully completed on March 20. Since March, the new orphan transformation project has also been successfully launched, and is expected to be completed in November, which will provide solid power support for development units such as offshore oil production plant and Gudong oil production plant. In addition, in April, the equipment renovation project in the Jiufen substation has also been started, and it is expected to be completed by the end of December, preparing the power grid for the development of shale oil in Xinfeng Oilfield.
The power grid maintenance work adheres to high quality and high standards, and aims to solve the problems of hidden dangers and family defects of old equipment. Through the implementation of 42 hidden danger management projects, such as anti-dancing control of coastal lines and centralized replacement of substation isolation switches that have been in operation for more than 30 years, the intrinsic safety operation level of the power grid will be significantly improved, and the peak load period and thunderstorm season in summer will be smoothly passed. At the same time, this measure will also enhance the carrying capacity of the oilfield power grid and strongly support the consumption of new energy and green power in the oilfield.
In the next step, the power branch will closely focus on the basic goal of 23.58 million tons of crude oil production in the oilfield, adhere to the principle of "one stop and multiple repairs, and repair must be repaired" to ensure that the power grid maintenance work is completed safely, smoothly and efficiently this year. To this end, the power branch will strengthen the leadership and guidance, strict implementation of responsibilities, strengthen the construction of a three-level supervision system, strict on-site supervision and inspection, pay attention to the physical and mental health of employees, ensure the safety of personal maintenance, fully extract safety expenses, and do hidden danger investigation and management to ensure the smooth progress of power grid maintenance.
