The "Keihin Tongxin" is a shield machine customized by China Railway Fourth Bureau for the Tianjin Airport No. 1 Tunnel Project, with a total length of 135 meters, a total weight of about 2,800 tons, and an excavation diameter of 13.8 meters. The use of this equipment predicts that the accuracy of the tunnel axis can be improved by 10%, the surface settlement by 25%, the box culvert assembly labor by 50%, and the assembly efficiency by 35%, laying a solid foundation for the high-quality construction of Tianjin Airport Tunnel.

"Tongcheng Pioneer" (China Railway No. 1286) is a pipe jacking machine tailored by China Railway Fourth Bureau for the construction of the underpass tunnel of the Wuzhen Avenue Trunk Road Rapid Transformation (Urban Section) Project in Tongxiang City, with a height of 7.22 meters, a width of 11.52 meters, a length of 5.805 meters, and a weight of about 450 tons. In order to meet the special working conditions of large-section and long-distance rectangular tunnel curve tunneling of the project, the "Tongcheng Pioneer" adopts a compact host design adapted to the curve, and is equipped with a curve jacking posture intelligent control system and a low-disturbance excavation system to ensure the safe and efficient tunneling of the equipment.

Compared with the traditional open-cut construction, the pipe jacking machine has the advantages of fast tunneling speed and low project cost, and at the same time, the impact on road traffic and stratum disturbance is small, which can effectively protect the surrounding environment. The cantilever intelligent bridge building machine independently developed by China Railway Fourth Bureau is used in the construction of the 2nd standard bridge of the Wuyi section of the Shanghai-Chongqing-Rong high-speed railway and the 128-meter continuous beam construction of the 1st standard across the Beiqi River in front of the Fuhuai Railway Station. The equipment integrates load-bearing rods, hydraulic integral formwork, hydraulic adjustment, automatic travel, information monitoring, overall hoisting of steel skeleton, platform protection and other systems, and can be applied to the construction of linear or curved continuous beams of different spans such as 64 meters, 80 meters, and 100 meters.

The JQBS1100-type bridge erecting machine is a construction equipment specially developed by China Railway Fourth Bureau for Chaoma Railway, which adopts a single girder and four legs structure, and is currently the largest tonnage of single girder bridge erection machine for high-speed railway box girder erection in China.

Compared with the traditional bridge erecting machine, the JQBS1100 type bridge erecting machine can quickly and conveniently realize the erection of double-line box girder with a span of 40 meters and below and the erection of single-line box girder with a span of 32 meters and below, and can meet the minimum curve radius of R800 meters and the maximum longitudinal slope box girder erection of 30‰, and the ergonomic efficiency of the lower frame beam with the same total construction amount can be increased by 1 time.
