But there are also those who oppose this view, arguing that excessive pursuit of innovation may lead to a decline in product quality, while ignoring the real needs of users. They called on tech companies to remain humble, listen to their users, and not be complacent about their successes.
Through my personal experience and observation of the market, I believe that technology companies should be innovative while maintaining sensitivity to user needs. Only in this way can we truly realize the effective combination of technology and user needs, and create better products and services.
