Xuhui Riverside has attracted the attention of many tourists and citizens with its unique charm of life and science and technology. On holidays and weekends, it's always crowded and bustling. In order to ensure everyone's safety and comfortable experience, Xietu Street of Xuhui District and West Bank Urban Transport Company jointly built the "Binjiang Waterfront Co-governance Pioneer" practical project, taking party building as the "red line", recruiting volunteers for street regional units and "two enterprises and three new" organizations.
The party organization responded positively, and the actual number of applicants far exceeded the number of scheduled recruits. In the end, according to the registration order, 5 party members from regional units and 1 college student became the first batch of "pioneer volunteers" to carry out pioneer volunteer actions and participate in the volunteer service of Xuhui Binjiang large passenger flow guarantee.
Volunteers paired up with the comprehensive administrator of West Coast Urban Transport on a "one-to-one" basis, either to guide the route of scenic spots, or to answer tourists' questions, actively advocating civilized travel, civilized pet raising, and civilized camping, and using practical actions to create a safe, orderly and warm waterfront environment for citizens and tourists.
