Announcement on the open recruitment of auxiliary police personnel
In order to effectively strengthen the auxiliary forces of policing to maintain social order and stability, and relieve the work pressure of grassroots public security people's police. In accordance with the requirements of the "Sichuan Provincial Public Security Organs' Measures for the Management of Police Auxiliary Personnel", after research and consent, it was decided to openly recruit police auxiliary personnel from the public. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
First, the principle of recruitment
In accordance with the principles of openness, fairness, competition and merit-based selection, open recruitment is implemented, which is voluntarily registered by candidates and carried out through qualification examination, physical fitness test, written examination, interview, physical examination, political examination, publicity and other procedures.
(1) Recruitment quota and position setting
A total of 61 people (male only) will be recruited for this recruitment.
(2) Household registration requirements for the scope of recruitment: household registration in Sichuan Province.
(3) Recruitment conditions
He has the nationality of the People's Republic of China and enjoys civil and political rights.

3. Love the work of the public security auxiliary police, have the ability to fully perform the duties of the post, have good conduct, and obey the overall allocation, management and use of the unit.
4. Educational requirements: Applicants must have obtained a college degree or above in national education.
5. Applicants must be over 18 years old and under 28 years old (i.e., those born after April 16, 1996 and before April 16, 2006, including that day).
6. Have the physical conditions to perform duties: net height of 1.73 meters or more, greater than 10% of the standard weight or less than 20% of the standard weight is unqualified. The standard weight calculation formula: (height cm-100) ×0.9 (kg). Binocular uncorrected visual acuity of not less than 4.6 and binocular corrected visual acuity of not less than 4.8. Good physical appearance, no disability, no stuttering, no hard of hearing, no color blindness, no severe color weakness, no obvious facial defects (such as cleft lip, opposite eyes, strabismus, torticollis, etc.), no obvious scars on exposed parts of the body, no chicken breasts, no severe varicose veins, no obvious looped legs, no serious flat feet, no tattoos, no hunchback, no mental illnesses, no other physical and mental illnesses that are not suitable for public security police auxiliary work.
(4) Those who have any of the following circumstances shall not apply for the examination:
Participating in illegal organizations, cults, or engaging in other activities endangering national security.
2. The person has a history of living abroad, and some of his immediate blood relatives have lived abroad or have lived abroad. Immediate blood relatives and collateral blood relatives who have a major impact on the person are engaged in illegal activities outside the mainland.
3. Fabricating or disseminating speech or information that is detrimental to the reputation of the state, opposing the Party's theories, lines, principles, and policies, or violating national laws and regulations.
4. The person has been punished by public security or criminal law.
5. The person has a history of drug abuse;
6. The person has been expelled from public office, military status, or student status.
7. Where they have been engaged in auxiliary policing work and have left their posts without authorization or voluntarily resigned for less than 1 year, or have been dismissed or dismissed due to violations of discipline or regulations.
8. Active-duty military personnel.
9. Providing false personal identification materials or having a negative personal credit record.
10. Other situations where the state provides that they are not suitable to engage in auxiliary policing work.
(5) Conditions for bonus points
Spouses and children of martyrs or people's police (auxiliary police) who have died in the line of duty.
2. Spouses and children of in-service public security police (auxiliary police).
3. Retired soldiers.
4. Righteous and courageous activists and advanced individuals (subject to the documents issued or certificates issued by the people's governments at or above the county level).
5. Graduates of police or political and legal colleges.
(If one of the above conditions for extra points is met, candidates will add 1 point on the basis of the written test score, but will not accumulate extra points).
2. Registration (1) Registration time: April 16, 2024 to April 18, 2024 (3 days in total), 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 14:30 p.m. to 17:30 p.m.
On-site registration is implemented for this recruitment. Note: If the height is lower than the recruitment requirements, it will be deemed that it does not meet the recruitment conditions and will not be accepted.
2. Applicants need to bring their valid ID card, graduation certificate, online report of student status, original household registration book, retired soldier certificate, personal credit certificate and related materials when registering. In addition to the original documents when registering, one copy of each of the above materials must be prepared.

4. All candidates who are involved in extra points should prepare relevant materials and submit them together when registering. Candidates must truthfully and accurately fill in the "Kangding Public Security Bureau Open Recruitment Police Auxiliary Personnel Registration Form" (the form will be collected at the registration site). If the candidate's personal information is untrue or false materials are provided, the test qualification will be cancelled.
According to the Sichuan Provincial Department of Finance and the Sichuan Provincial Price Bureau Sichuan Price Fee [2017] No. 472 document, candidates need to pay the examination fee in stages, including: 50 yuan for the written test and 80 yuan for the interview, which will not be refunded.
3. Qualification examination: Qualification examination includes preliminary examination and qualification review. The qualification review runs through the whole recruitment, and if the applicant is found to be ineligible for recruitment in any link, his examination and employment qualifications will be cancelled.
Fourth, the examination of the recruitment examination is divided into physical fitness test, written test and interview. The total score of the examination is 100 points, of which the physical fitness test score accounts for 20% of the total score, the written test score accounts for the total score, and the interview score accounts for the total score.
(1) Physical fitness test items: 1500-meter run, pull-ups, standing long jump test time: see the "Admission Ticket" for detailsTest location: See the "Admission Ticket" Physical fitness assessment standards for details: Refer to the provisions of the "Physical Fitness Assessment Items and Standards for the Recruitment of People's Police by Public Security Organs (Provisional)". Among them, the 1500-meter run is a compulsory passing event, and passing one of the two tests of pull-up and standing long jump is counted as a physical fitness pass, and those who pass the two physical fitness tests can enter the written test. The total score of the physical fitness test is 100 points, and the maximum score for each test is 50 points. If all three of the criteria are met, the high score of the standing long jump and pull-up will be included in the total score. The specific scores are to be implemented in accordance with the "Rules for Testing Standards for Physical Training Standards for the People's Police of Public Security Organs", and the physical test standards are shown in the annex.
(2) Only those who pass the two physical fitness tests in the written test can enter the written test. (3) Interview
After the written test, the Municipal Public Security Bureau will review the qualifications of the candidates who intend to enter the interview, and those who pass the review will enter the interview.
According to the ratio of the total score of the candidate's physical fitness test score + written test score to the number of positions recruited 2:1, the interviewers will be determined in order from high to low.
Interview Time: Pending Interview Location: The total score of the pending interview is calculated based on the full score of 100 points. It mainly examines the candidates' ability to organize and coordinate, logical thinking, adaptability, and language expression.
(4) Calculation of comprehensive scores: candidates' comprehensive scores = physical fitness score×20% + written test score ×40% + interview score ×40%.
5. Assessment, political examination and physical examination
Political examination: According to the ratio of 1:1 of the number of positions, the candidates will be determined according to their comprehensive scores from high to low. If the total score is the same, the person with the highest interview score will enter the political examination, and if the interview score is the same, the person with the highest written test score will enter the political examination.
2. Physical examination: Those who have passed the political examination shall be determined to enter the physical examination according to the number of recruited positions. The Municipal Public Security Bureau is to organize the personnel entering the physical examination to go to the designated place for physical examination, and the physical examination shall be carried out with reference to the "Physical Examination Items and Standards for the Recruitment of People's Police by Public Security Organs". If the employer or the candidate has any doubts about the conclusion of the physical examination, he or she may submit a request for re-examination within 2 days from the date of receipt of the notice of the conclusion of the physical examination. The re-examination will only be conducted once, and the conclusion of the physical examination shall be subject to the results of the re-examination. Those who fail to pass the physical examination will be disqualified from employment, and will be replaced in order from high to low according to the ranking order of the candidates' comprehensive scores. If the total score is the same, the person with the highest interview score will enter the physical examination, and if the interview score is the same, the person with the highest written test score will enter the physical examination.
6. Publicity
The Municipal Public Security Bureau will publicize those who have passed the political examination and physical examination, and the publicity period will be 5 working days, and the publicity results will be posted at the gate on the first floor of the Municipal Public Security Bureau. If there are no problems reported during the publicity period, or if the problems are reflected but do not affect the employment, it is planned to determine the personnel to be hired; if there are serious problems that are reflected and there is evidence, they will not be hired; where there are serious problems that are reflected but it is difficult to verify or deny for the time being, the determination of the personnel to be hired shall be postponed, and the decision on whether to hire them will be made after verification.
7. Employment management
The Municipal Public Security Bureau is responsible for the management and use of the personnel to be hired. Those who have completed the probationary period and passed the assessment shall be treated in accordance with the provisions of the "Notice of the Office of the Kangding Municipal People's Government on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Rules for the Management of Police Auxiliary Personnel of Kangding City in Regulating the Management of Police Auxiliary Personnel of Public Security Organs", and a labor contract shall be signed in accordance with the law.
8. Discipline requirements
(1) Candidates should ensure that the telephone is unblocked within 24 hours during the entire examination period, and if the communication method is changed, they should take the initiative to contact the Political Work Supervision Office of the Municipal Public Security Bureau.
(2) Those who fail to participate in the physical fitness test, written test, interview, physical examination or political examination within the specified time shall be deemed to have voluntarily given up.
(3) This recruitment does not hold or entrust any institution to hold counseling and training courses. Please be vigilant and do not be deceived.
9. Discipline supervision
In this recruitment work, we will strictly implement the relevant policies and regulations and cadre personnel discipline, resolutely put an end to fraud, favoritism and other bad behaviors, and be supervised by the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision of the Political and Legal Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and the public.
