Recently, Jiading District has made another breakthrough in optimizing the business environment and improving the efficiency of government services. On April 10, 2024, Valeo Project handled the "One Book and Three Certificates" ("Confirmation of Land Delivery", "Construction Land Planning Permit", "Construction Permit (Pile Foundation Engineering)", and "Real Estate Property Certificate") within 24 hours after the completion of the delisting, once again refreshing the speed record of "starting construction when land is acquired".
It is reported that the Valeo project signed a contract with Waigang Town, Jiading District on December 29, 2023, and plans to build a new "Comfort and Driving Assistance System Production and R&D Base" in Waigang Industrial Park, mainly including the R&D and production of autonomous driving cameras, lidars, domain controllers, chip binding and other projects, with a total investment of about 2.9 billion yuan and an annual output value of about 4 billion yuan after reaching production, injecting new impetus into local economic development.
In order to promote the early start and construction of the project, the Jiading District Planning and Resources Bureau has taken the initiative to provide services to understand the needs of enterprises in advance and ensure that the project is implemented without detours. In the process of handling "one book and three certificates", the "shop small two" tracking service is implemented to assist enterprises to complete the preparation of materials in advance and understand the corresponding process. On the other hand, deepen the reform of the examination and approval system, deeply explore the feasibility of parallel connection without series, and greatly shorten the approval time. In the approval process, the mode of "offline pre-examination and online accurate review" is adopted to achieve "one-stop acceptance, one-time notification, and rapid completion".
