It was in such a holiday paradise with the most beautiful April days that we had a close contact with Yaoguang C-DM.
On April 11, 2024, the native hybrid platform technology tasting and Yaoguang C-DM media test drive meeting was held in Qinhuangdao. We not only understand the power of the native hybrid platform equipped with Yaoguang C-DM, but also complete the challenge of energy consumption limit, and the measured minimum fuel consumption is only 3.2L/100 km, which has witnessed the strong strength of Yaoguang C-DM.
This time, we completed this challenge with a rigorous testing process. All vehicle batteries in this challenge are kept below 30% and kept in a feed-in state. Start refueling from the gas station in Beidaihe New District, Qinhuangdao, Sinopec, to the extent of automatic gun jumping, then go to the Tanghaidong toll station to check in, and then return to the place where the initial refueling is refueled, all vehicles are operated at the same refueling gun. Then, according to GB/T37340-2019 "Energy Consumption Conversion Method for Electric Vehicles", the electricity consumption and fuel consumption of 100 kilometers are counted to obtain a fair and equitable result.
In the end, in this Qinhuangdao-Tangshan cross-city feed fuel consumption challenge, Yaoguang C-DM achieved a low fuel consumption of 3.2L per 100 kilometers with the fourth-generation global hybrid technology, while the average feed fuel consumption of the public test was only 4.2L/100km. In other words, even if you commute across the city every day and make a round trip of 400 kilometers, the fuel cost will not exceed 100 yuan.
As the saying goes, it is better to learn a thousand than to see, and a thousand to say is better than a practice. Yaoguang C-DM has been providing the most direct data through various extreme challenges. Previously, Yaoguang C-DM has successively completed many industry record-setting limit tests such as "-30°C extreme cold high-speed north-south long endurance test", "6.6kW external discharge challenge", and "super national standard chassis continuous impact challenge".
