Guizhou is rich in coal resources and is known as the "Jiangnan Coal Sea", with resource reserves of about 80 billion tons, ranking fifth in the country. The advantages of large reserves, complete coal types and generally good mining conditions provide a development foundation for the development of Guizhou's coal industry.
