A few days ago, the Jiangsu Provincial Consumer Rights Protection Commission released a comparative test analysis report on smart drying rack products, and the nominal brands were "NetEase Yanxuan", "Supor", "Oaks" and other samples did not meet the standard.
It is reported that in addition to the basic lifting function, some models also integrate functions such as lighting, drying, air drying, disinfection, mobile phone and voice control.
According to the testing methods and limit requirements in GB 4706.1-2005 "Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances Part I: General Requirements" and QB/T 5202-2017 "Electric Clothes Dryers for Household and Similar Purposes", the test items are considered from the aspects of electrical safety and performance of the product, and the test items include: electrical safety, dimensional deviation, stroke, rated load, operation, overload, drying, remote control and other items.
The price of the 25 smart drying rack samples tested ranged from 388 yuan to 1990 yuan, and the report showed that 17 of them did not meet the standard, accounting for 68%. Only 8 samples fully met the requirements for electrical safety and performance.
8 samples of compliance
The report shows that the performance of 17 samples does not meet the relevant standards, which is mainly reflected in the size deviation items, stroke items, rated load items, running items, and overload items. Including samples of NetEase Yanxuan, Oaks, NVC, Ovik, Supor, Mrs. Jingui, Songpu, Gonglai Gongxiang, Panpan, Wrigley, Oujia, Yuanshu, Sun Rain, Higold, Good Sun, Good Wife, Dry Dian and other brands.
In addition, 10 samples did not meet the relevant standards for electrical safety, which were mainly reflected in the input power and current items, structural items, internal wiring items, power connection and external flexible wire items, grounding measures items, screws and connection items.
Among them, 10 samples that did not meet the relevant standards of electrical safety also did not meet the performance standards. Including samples of NetEase Yanxuan, Ovik, Mrs. Jingui, Gonglai Gongxiang, Panpan, Oujia, Yuanshu, Higold, Haotandian, Drying and other brands.
On April 12, China City Daily searched and found that some smart drying rack brands named by the Jiangsu Consumer Protection Committee had been removed from the shelves. For example, on the official website of NetEase Yanxuan, the smart clothes pole mentioned in the report is currently displayed as "sold out and off the shelves", and the Supor automatic clothes dryer mentioned in the report is still on sale in the original Tmall store.
The Jiangsu Provincial Consumer Protection Commission said in the consumer reminder that the smart drying rack products have not been included in the national compulsory certification product catalog (CCC certification), and consumers can choose products with China Quality Certification Center certification (CQC certification) on the nameplate logo when purchasing. CQC certification is a voluntary certification, and the products that dare to pass CQC certification show that their quality is trustworthy.
